Each project is unique in scope and character. They all involve some aspect of design prior to construction. This may involve an entire redesign of an existing space, a new addition or be as complex as designing a new home from scratch. A typical project requires construction drawings and engineered plans for permitting with your local jurisdiction. With our CAD / Revit expertise, we can provide conceptual drawings early in the process and detailed drawings later on after materials and finishes have been selected to provide a visual rendering of the finished project.

We offer complimentary meetings at your home or office to discuss your ideas and walk through the project program. From this meeting, we will prepare a preliminary cost estimate for design services based on design requirements discussed and your desired budget. At this point, we will prepare a Design Services Agreement if we both decide to move forward with the project. We have over 20 years of working with local HOA organizations and local jurisdictions for quick and easy permit approval.
